One time, non-exclusive rights on one web site for three months. Add 25% for six month usage and 50% for one year usage, 100% for two year usage, 200% for five year usage, 350% for 10 year usage.

Local Company - Three or fewer outlets for product or service - and sales all within one state.

Regional Company - Outlets for product or services within states adjoining main office of company and all sales within those states.

National Company - Multi-state sales force or outlets/services in several non-adjacent states.

Multi-national Company - Sales force and/or outlets/services in multiple nations.
